We've been loyal Natural Grocers customers for years, spending hundreds of dollars here every week. Before the Waco location opened, we regularly drove to the Temple store because we genuinely believe in what Natural Grocers stands for. Unfortunately, the experience at this location has become increasingly disappointing. The store's location near the bus stop seems to have created ongoing issues with people entering the store without shopping, primarily to use the restrooms or loiter. On multiple occasions, we've seen people consume food or drinks before paying, leave opened products behind, and spend extended periods in the bathrooms. The restrooms are frequently left in poor condition, and it's clear why they now require an access code. More importantly, my wife no longer feels comfortable or safe shopping here because of the repeated disturbances. That's something no customer should have to worry about while grocery shopping. We truly like the employees and appreciate how friendly and helpful they are. This review is not directed at them—it's directed at management. We hope Natural Grocers takes stronger steps to address security, restroom monitoring, and overall customer safety

Thank You Natural Grocers for a infusing Waco with super delicious, super healthy, organic, vegan foods and personal products and household cleaners. This store supports human health, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability. Everything in the store is priceless. Veganism and Organic Sustainability is the only way to heal the planet. This store is the best healthcare. This store is the solution to solving almost all problems in existence.

I had a pretty good experience here and will definitely be going back! I called ahead of time because I was having trouble finding the cottage cheese I usually buy- good culture. The man on the phone was super helpful and even had an employee go find what I was looking for to verify they had it. When I arrived it was not very busy so I took my time and looked around since it was my first time in a Natural Grocers store. I was stunned at the amount of variety they had of so many products. They had so many flavors of Macrobars and Perfect bars that I did not even know existed!! If you are looking for a natural product that you can’t find at HEB you’re guaranteed to find it here!! Will definitely be going more frequently!

Terrific customer service that helped me navigate the supplements section that is extensive! I love shopping at Natural Grocers for vitamins and supplements along with their body care products! In addition, they have a wide variety of plant based milks, yogurts and more. I am so excited for Waco to have a Natural Grocers!
